Opening and Closing Dates: Winter Season 2024-2025

To help you plan your stay, here are the key opening and closing dates for our restaurants this season:

• Ibaya: Open. It will close on April 5, 2025.

• Hermitage Tradició: Opens on December 14, 2024, and will be available until March 16, 2025.

• Glassbar 1,850: Open. It offers service all day until April 7, 2025.

• Sol i Neu: Open. Closes on April 6, 2025.

• Koy Hermitage: Open until April 5, 2025.

• La Gourmanderie: Available from November 29, 2024, until April 6, 2025.

• Pub Villager: Reopens on December 18, 2024, and offers service until March 16, 2025.

• Pizzeria Sol i Neu: Opens on November 30 and its last service is on April 6, 2025.

• Food Lodge: Scheduled to open on December 19. Its last service will be on March 30, 2025.

• Brasserie Sol i Neu: Open from December 18 until March 30, 2025.

• Village Hotel and Bar: Open from December 5, 2024, until April 13, 2025.

• Ski Panini Tarter: Opens on November 29 and its last service will be on March 30, 2025.

• Bar Sport Hotel: From December 20 until March 30, 2025.

• La Tofana: Open from December 19 until March 29, 2025.

1. Ibaya

The flagship restaurant of the resort, Ibaya, offers a fine dining experience led by Michelin-starred chef Francis Paniego. Here, you can enjoy menus that combine local ingredients and modern techniques, all in an elegant and welcoming setting. During the Christmas season (from December 21 to January 5), Ibaya will be open every day for special dinners.

• Opening hours: Tuesday to Friday from 20:00 to 22:00. Saturdays: lunch from 13:00 to 14:30 and dinner from 20:00 to 22:00. Closed on Sundays and Mondays.

2. Glassbar 1,850

Glassbar 1,850 is the perfect place to relax with a drink and enjoy panoramic mountain views. It offers a varied menu of signature cocktails, wines, and gourmet tapas.

• Opening hours: Drinks service from 08:00 to 01:00, food service from 12:00 to 24:00. The kitchen is open all day.

3. Sol i Neu

Sol i Neu restaurant combines a cozy atmosphere with a culinary proposal based on high-quality local products. Perfect for enjoying an outdoor meal on its terrace with views of the ski slopes.

• Opening hours: Lunch from 13:00 to 16:00, dinner from 19:30 to 23:00, and the terrace is open from 12:00 to 19:00.

4. Koy Hermitage

Inspired by Asian cuisine, Koy Hermitage offers a unique culinary experience, blending local ingredients with Japanese cooking techniques. Ideal for a sophisticated dinner after a day on the slopes. This restaurant, like Ibaya, also holds a Michelin star.

• Opening hours: From 19:30 to 22:30. Closed on Tuesdays.

5. Pub Villager

Pub Villager is the perfect place to enjoy a drink and food in a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. It offers a varied menu of craft beers, tapas, and comforting dishes.

• Opening hours: Drinks from 13:00 to 01:00, kitchen from 13:00 to 23:30. Closed on Mondays.
